The eyepiece--which offers a full 108-to-60-foot field of view at 1,000 yards--features individually adjustable twist-in eyecups that are removable for cleaning. As a result, the eyepiece works for both traditional users and eyeglass wearers. More significantly, the eyepiece produces luminous, diamond-bright images with edge-to-edge sharpness across the entire magnification range. It's the perfect eyepiece for sporting events, camping, and birdwatching, as it lets you both scan the terrain and identify birds in razor-sharp detail.The eyepiece also features a glass cover that protects against dust and dirt even when the eyepiece is removed. Users will also love the bayonet connector, which makes it easy and quiet to change the eyepiece, and the automatic safety mechanism, which keeps you from accidentally unscrewing the unit. Finally, the lens includes a nonstick Swaroclean coating on the outer surface, which makes it considerably easier to clean objective and eyepiece lenses.
